Statute:
UniArt is established by a decision of the Board of Trustees of NBU and opened in 2012. The gallery is financed by the Bozhidar Danev Fund, the Central Fund for Strategic Development of NBU, through external projects and donations.
Governance:
UniArt Gallery is managed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New Bulgarian University. The first co-chairmen of the Gallery's Board of Directors are Dr. Bozhidar Danev and Dr. Georgi Tekev.
Board of Directors of the UniArt Gallery:
Dr. Georgi Tekev – Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UniArt Gallery and Executive Director of NBU;
Dr. Angela Daneva – Co-Chairman of the Board and Director of the Center for Bulgarian-European Cultural Dialogues at NBU;
Prof. Dr. Stoyan Sgurev – Sociologist from Stanford University and lecturer in Art Management at ESSEC Business School in Paris;
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kristina Savova – Designer and expert in fashion design with many years of teaching experience at NBU;
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hristo Chukurliev – Director of the Central University Administration and member of the Board of Trustees of NBU;
Dr. Vladimir Dimitrov – Art Historian, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at NBU;
Dr. Todor Petev – Lecturer in Art History and Museum Studies at NBU;
Ivan Bogdanov – Lecturer at NBU in the “Animation Film” program.
Gallery Team:
Dr. Angela Daneva, Center for Bulgarian-European Cultural Dialogues, methodological director of the UniArt Gallery.

The administrative manager and the specialist are responsible for the activities of the Gallery and are appointed by the Executive Director of NBU.
The UniArt team also includes: NBU Information Department, NBU Publishing House, Public Lectures and Events Unit, NBU Web Studio, NBU Technical Department, etc.
