The Moser Donation
In October 2021, New Bulgarian University accepted from Dr. Anastasia Moser, a long-time member of the University's Board of Trustees, a generous donation of 30 works of art from her family collection, registered to the collections of the UniArt Gallery as The Moser Donation. Along with the artworks, the NBU Library received 895 volumes, included as Personal Library of Anastasia and Charles Moser. Dr. Moser's donation is a prominent example of philanthropy and directly benefits the students, faculty, and administrative staff of New Bulgarian University and will serve as an important educational resource. The collection includes works from Bulgarian and international authors, among whom are Vasil Ivanov, Atanas Tasev, Todor Hadzhinikolov, Hristo Hristov-Yoshkata, Dimitar Kirov-DiCiro, Eugene S. Norton, Yuriy Burdzhelyan.
To mark the event, the UniArt Gallery team presents an exhibition of a selected part of the works from 3rd to 26th April, 2023. The show will also mark the Easter holidays, and the official opening will take place on 12th April from 3:00 p.m.
